Create in Defiance
I wrote those words—Create in Defiance—in the middle of 2024, and it has been my mission ever since: to create in the face of opposition, whether the world outside or the war inside. Since I wrote those words down, I have gone on to write, direct, and edit my college film "Find Me Again" and have been published in Journey Journal, a literary magazine in my college town of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
